"We listen and respond to the voice of the customer by using CHAMPS," explained Matt Camp, Operations. "CHAMPS is a system we use to call at least three customers per week from every restaurant. We ask what we did well and what we could improve. We share the information with our employees daily. Once every quarter, we hold a Customer Mania Celebration, where we energize employees to make perfect product and give great service."
